Downloadable products will not include shipping and handling costs, unless otherwise noted, or an option exists for a shippable version or such product or service.
Downloadable products may not be immediately available for download, even if noted as such. In that case, we will notify you, or you may contact us, via the contact us form. Please include your username, or email address you used to make the purchase on this site, so may track your order and resolve any issues.
We sometimes use third parties for downloadable products that you download. Such sites may not be available 100% of the time, which may delay your ability to download your purchase, immediately after payment to use, for such product or service. You agree to hold us harmless for such delay. No refunds will be due to you, in any form, as a result of such delay. It is customer's responsibility to contact us, via contact form on this site, or via regular mail, at address on "about us" page, to allow us reasonble time to resolve any issues of deliverability.
We are not liable to you, if you cannot download product, due to any reason, not directly caused by us, such as the Internet connectivity being below standard, or non-existent. We are not liable to ship downloadable products on CD, via regular mail or shipper. If we agree to do so, you will allow us up to 30 days to prepare and make such shipment.
Once you have downloaded the product or service from our website, you agree that you have received such product or service and that we have completed our obligation to you.
You agree that there are not returns on any software, databases (leads, lists, contacts, etc.), labor, service contracts, services, books, ebooks, information products, or any warranties. Any other products can only be returned for store credit, if defective and subject to manufacturers warranty and only if we apprive such return in advance.
Special order products may not be returned, unless we issue a return authorization number.
On any product or service, we may refuse return of such item and require you to follow our instructions, for receiving support, repair, or replacement, of such product or service, soley at our discretion.
Any product or service that we accept for return is subject to a 20% restocking charge, unless we agree that such product or service is defective, in writing. Customer bears all costs of shipping and handling, in all cases.
We shall not be liable to you for any delay in your receipt of any product or service, under any circumstance. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to what you paid for such product or service, exclusive of any taxes, shipping, or handling.
